I’m not sure how I noticed but when I saw the snake outside the first thing I did was grab my iphone and get the video going. I moved quietly towards the swimming pool only to notice our friendly water dragon at the bottom of the pool. Not sure if the snake was poisonous I kept enough distance to give myself a chance to run.
The snake moved closer to the water doing his swaying movement waiting for something. As soon as the water dragon moved at the bottom of the pool the snake moved onto the water. The water dragon surfaced and the snake went in for the kill but the water dragon dived again to safety. The snake did not try follow. Not sure why. It only stayed on top of the water.
