The people getting scammed are generally stupid. Reason being they believe some ad or even the news about how to make a quick buck.
Anything involving a quick buck is usually illegal and you are probably on the wrong end of the deal.
Banks don’t like crypto currencies because it takes away their power to control the world.
The news media in general will broadcast anything true or false because they need to sell their crap to make money.
